Shaun ReddinShaun Reddin - Managing Director

Shaun is RedIRay’s Managing Director and since forming RedIRay with John Rayner in 2006 has been working with a number of clients developing and implementing commercial strategies and functions and in particular providing claims management and facilitation services.  Shaun is responsible for managing RedIRay’s day to day activities as well as overseeing the growth and development of the company. John RaynerJohn Rayner - Technical Director

John is RedIRay’s Technical Director and since forming RedIRay with Shaun Reddin in 2006 has been working with a number of clients advising them on all matters commercial and in particular providing specialist risk management services and NEC3 contract advice. John is also responsible for RedIRay’s technical delivery to clients, setting objectives and milestones for which each project is performance managed and reported. (click here for more)

Chris ConnorChris Connor - Director

Chris joined RedIRay Consulting in March 2009 as a Director.  He provides services direct to clients and leads on developing business related to: procurement procedures; contract development; tender development and evaluation processes; contract performance; transition, change and relationship management; and, evolution and innovation in these areas. Camilla MartinCamilla Martin - Consultant (Project Management)

Camilla joined RedIRay Consulting Limited six months after the company was formed in 2006.  Since then Camilla has been providing consultancy services to Transport for London (TfL) in project managing a variety of change programmes. In particular Camilla has focussed on delivering ‘people management’  initiatives in accordance with HR policy such as organisational restructuring, job mapping, redeployment and recruitment.
