Project Management

Our Project Managers skills lie in their flexibility to apply tools, techniques, resources and technical experience.  They usually have limited authority and many stakeholders to satisfy, so in addition to project related skills they are adept in soft skills such as rapport, communication and relationship management. Experienced working in a range of commercial environments, in central and local government and within the infrastructure industry, they are PRINCE 2 (OGC endorsed) practitioners and members of the Association of Project Management - recognised for championing project management best practice Europe wide.
