SHAUN REDDIN – Chairman
Shaun is RedRay’s Chairman and since forming RedRay in 2006 has been working with a number of clients developing procurement and commercial strategies and in particular providing commercial and performance management services and advice. Shaun is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the company. Prior to forming RedRay, Shaun was the Commercial Director, Strategic Highways at Mouchel with key involvement in the AmeyMouchel and EnterpriseMouchel JV’s. Shaun joined them from the Ardmore Group where he managed and developed BCL Rail Services Ltd a Railway specialist plant operator business.
Shaun is a business studies graduate who trained as an accountant and spent his early career in the investment banking and finance industry. During his time at Mouchel he also studied for an MBA at the University of Liverpool.
SHANKAR MISTRY BSc (Hons) MRICS – Managing Director
Shankar graduated as a quantity surveyor in 2009 from Sheffield Hallam University, completing a course accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and joined RedRay in 2011 after completing a graduate scheme with Carillion. Shankar has extensive experience in the construction field, having worked on a number of large projects in Rail, Underground and Highways. In 2016 Shankar successfully completed the RICS APC process and became a chartered surveyor.
Shankar has completed a number of procurement exercises for public sector clients. He has also undertaken a number of due diligence exercises in the UK and overseas involving contract reviews to identify key risks and opportunities, examination of contract management arrangements and audits to validate contract performance, effective management of risks and assessment of contractor outcomes. With expert knowledge of NEC contracts, Shankar assists our clients from business case stage through to delivery and close out, ensuring our customer achieves the best value from their contractors and service suppliers by commercial compliance with their contracts.
